Rules and regulations of living in a dormitory

Drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking, and the use of narcotic substances are strictly prohibited in the dormitory. It is also forbidden to transfer your electronic pass to another person.

The hostel opens at 6:00 am and there are restrictions on admission after 23.00. Students who work the night shift and for this reason return later, write an application addressed to the dean or director of the campus, sign it with the dean and the head of security, attach documents: a certificate from the place of work, work schedule (working days) and working hours (time) and issue an admission. Those who do not have such a permit will be forced to write an explanatory note.

If someone needs to meet the train late or there are other valid reasons, they can leave the dormitory on a preliminary application addressed to the head. All this is related to security, the University is fully responsible for everyone who lives in the dormitory

All dormitories are equipped with alarm buttons, evacuation plans and a fire safety system. To do it, smoke detectors are installed in the rooms, they can not be sealed with tape, hang Christmas decorations on them, because they go to the fire department, a signal is triggered, and the fire truck immediately goes to the place. It is forbidden to move from one room to another without permission, including from one dormitory to another. From 23.00 to 08.00 hours, silence should be observed and the peace of the residents should not be disturbed. Do not turn on the TV, tape recorder, radio or other loud-speaking devices loudly.

The cost depends on which dormitory a student will live in, because the area of the rooms is different everywhere (but not less than 18 sq. m.). Upon check-in, the student draws up two contracts: one for the rental of residential premises and the second for the provision of additional services (a separate fee is charged for each).

Additional services include the use of laundry, irons, disinfection treatment, washing of bed linen, security, etc. When visiting a dormitory, a student provides a receipt for payment for three months in advance (these are the conditions of the University and the bank). All students pay for their accommodation in the dormitory through the MTC bank no later than the 10th day of the month following the settlement, including during the holidays.

It is allowed to pay several months in advance at once (for a semester, for a year). In addition, since the new year, according to the mayor's decree, utility tariffs have changed, in this regard, the payment has also increased slightly, but not critically, on average it will be about 1000 rubles.
